Minutes of a meeting of the above Committee held at Wickham Community Centre on Monday 19th June 2006 6pm. 

Present: Mrs A Clear (Chairman), Mr E Pickering, Co-opted member, Mrs S Fitzgerald, Church representative Mrs J Johnson, Parish Clerk Mrs N Oliver.

4.1 Knowle Hospital Closed Cemetery

4.1.1 To discuss any matters arising: not required.

4.2 Wickham new burial ground

            4.2.1 To consider employing a consultant to advise on the initial concept proposal, estimated cost £1680, report on recent research attached.

It was agreed to recommend employing Sam Weller from the Burial Authority at an estimated cost of £1680 to Full Council.
