 Minutes of a meeting of the above Committee held at Wickham Community Centre on Monday 23rd June 2008 at 7pm.

Present: Jenny Hollis (Chairman), Angela Clear, Mike Carter, Di Frost, Justin Gamblin, Michael Sadler-Forster

Two members of the public, Parish Clerk Nicki Oliver

1.    To elect Chairman for the ensuing year: Jenny Hollis elected

2.    To elect Vice-Chairman for the ensuing year: Justin Gamblin elected

3.    To receive apologies for absence: Mike Bennett

4.    To receive declarations of interest on agenda items: Cllr Angela Clear declared a personal and prejudicial interest in agenda item 7.2 as an owner of a similar business.

5.    To adjourn meeting to allow participation by members of the public: two members of the public interested in agenda item 7.5.

6.    To approve minutes of previous meeting : not required.
